Anxiety

The dictionary definition gives the following synonyms to describe it, worry, concern, apprehension, consternation, unease, fearfulness, fear, disquiet, perturbation, fretfulness, agitation, angst, nervousness, edginess, tension, tenseness, stress, misgiving, trepidation, and foreboding.

There are many factors that are attributed to the illness. When someone suffers from this condition it can affect your whole life, not wanting to go out, feeling they will never be free from this worry. Some people can also suffer from Panic Attacks and sometimes Depression due to their Anxiety.

In many cases the illness manifests itself in physical symptoms such as sickness, nausea, light headedness, fainting episodes and headaches to name but a few. The solution from your GP is usually either: “Here are some pills to take daily” or “it will pass”.

My clients, who have come to me for help are grateful they are now feeling better, free from the symptoms without the need of medication.
